It has diced onion, the unpleasant carrot, and the potato, the queen of the kitchen. I had some corn kernels! The meatballs aren't made like that anymore. Their broth was chicken. The sauce is heavenly. Molcajeteada (a kind of molcajete) and very spicy. Fortunately, it's far from the tourist circuit. It's not for those looking for fast food, local, or gringo. It's for feeling at home. In the background, they had a movie with Pedro Infante and Jorge Negrete, Two Kinds of Care. For that reason, efficiency isn't important.
